Ablr (pronounced as "ey-bler"), enables you to make purchases that are important to you and pay for them over time. We are a huge believer in ethical finance where you will never pay more than you agree to upfront, with no late fees or surprises, ever. We do not charge any signup fees, late fees or interest on late payments. Should there be any fees required for specific purchases, this will be indicated clearly during the checkout process. With Ablr, you can have a peace of mind that you never end up paying more than what you had agreed to.
To use our service, you must: (1) be a citizen or permanent resident in Malaysia who is at least 18 years of age; (2) have a valid and verifiable mobile number and (3) own a Malaysia issued credit card or debit card
In most instances, you would be directed to Ablr’s platform upon checkout and choose your payment plan from there. If you wish to use Ablr payment and your merchant does not provide them, do drop us a note at info@ablr.com and we will do our best to make it work for you.
Typically, you can expect to complete the checkout process within five minutes. Approval for instalment payment plans are almost instantaneous for most of our customers.
Once your Ablr payment plan request is approved, you will be directed to enter your credit or debit card details to complete your first payment. Once your first payment is completed, repayments will be deducted via your original payment method on the same day of each following month for your Ablr instalment plan.
We currently accept all major credit cards and debit cards for payments and repayments. Yes, you may change your card for Ablr repayment deductions anytime after you completed your first payment via your Ablr account on our platform. We are also actively working to include additional payment options for your convenience, stay tuned!
Go to your account on ablr.com and click on 'Transactions', as displayed on the top right corner, there you will see your active and past transactions with Ablr. Click 'details' to load information on your Ablr payment plan for each transaction that includes repayment schedule, monthly repayment amount, and the number of months paid.
Repayment dates cannot be pushed back under normal circumstances. If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances that prevent you from meeting your next repayment on time, please contact us at info@ablr.com for assistance on a case by case basis.
Ablr does not charge any late fees. If you have any outstanding repayment that is overdue, you will be suspended from making any new transaction. You will receive active reminders from us on making your payment, do approach us in advance should you experience difficulties for your upcoming payment deduction.
Yes you may make early repayments for your instalments at any time. Early repayments would bring forward the end date of your last instalment for the payment plan, according to the number of months you have paid ahead of time.

It depends on the refund policy of the merchant you purchased from. In order to get a refund, please contact the merchant to make your request. They can let you know if a return is possible and how much the refund will be, according to their own return policy. If your merchant agrees to a full or partial refund, Ablr will proceed to initiate the refund to your original payment method within two business days. The refunded amount is typically credited to you within one to three business days thereafter, though it may take up to ten business days depending on the issuing bank or financial institution for your original payment method. We do not refund payment processing fees, if any, incurred for a transaction.
